Thank you so much for your business! On the top of the screen above the item title there is a spot where it say availability, there is an address. This is the location where your item is located. Please bring your ID and copy of receipt, email, or screenshot on your phone. Show it to one of our friendly sales representatives and we will get your item. It's that easy!
Currently we do not offer holds for items online for sale. All items online are for sale until the item is paid for.
We do offer a 50% down layaway option for all of our items online. To put an item in layaway please see the store where the item is located and let a sales representative know.
Each and every day! All 6 of our store locations are posting new items for sale Monday through Saturday.

Currently we do not offer exchanges for any items purchased online. If an item is purchased through our online payment option, the only return option we have is for an online refund. No in store exchanges.
We list a wide variety of firearms on our website daily. Firearms are only available for pick up at the store where the firearm is located.
Same as when picking up any of our other items in store. We need to see your driver's license and a copy of your receipt. Your driver's license must be current and your mailing addressing must match the current address on your license. When you come to pick up your firearm in store, we will have you fill out a form and run a quick back ground check. If you do not pass your background check, we are not able to sell you the firearm. If the payment for the firearm was made through our online payment processor, we will issue you a refund.
If you need to return an item, please take the item to the store where you originally purchased the item from.
As soon as you return the item to the original store you purchased the item from, we will issue a refund for the item. It may take 5 to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.
There is a 5 day period on all items sold online. If an item is not picked up in 5 days a refund will be issued to your credit card and the item will be reposted for sale.
If you call the store where the item is located, a sales representative will be able to answer all your questions. Or you can click on the Questions and Answer tab under the item picture and one of our sales representatives will email you back within one business day.
